From ten years of data to decision intelligence — payment software
A payment-software provider had accumulated more than a decade of operational and customer data but lacked a practical way to turn it into information that management and product teams could use.

The situation
Useful information existed across different sources, including website analytics, order history and payment/POS data.
The problem was not the absence of data. It was fragmentation.
Management needed a coherent analytical structure capable of revealing patterns and supporting product, commercial and operational decisions without requiring non-technical staff to work directly with raw datasets.
The work
A data-processing and analytical environment was developed to consolidate, clean and structure the historical information.
Dashboards made important patterns visible, while a natural-language analysis assistant allowed authorised users to interrogate the structured data without needing specialist data-analysis skills.
The work also included validation, access controls and integration with the company’s internal environment.
The outcome
Management gained a much clearer view of historical performance and customer behaviour.
Information that previously required manual analysis could be accessed considerably more quickly, supporting product-development priorities, commercial decisions and routine management reporting.
