Partner & Confidential Engagements
Sienda Ltd may undertake selected work on behalf of, alongside or through other professional advisers, consultancies and commercial organisations. In those situations, Sienda may work behind the principal adviser or contracting organisation rather than establishing a separate public relationship with the end client.
Confidentiality and client relationships
The identity of the partner, its client and the circumstances of the engagement can be treated as confidential where required. Communication with an end client follows the arrangement agreed with the contracting partner, and confidential work is not used publicly without appropriate permission.
Deliverables and branding
Where agreed, reports or other materials may be supplied without Sienda branding or in a form suitable for incorporation into the partner’s own work. Rights to rebrand, adapt or distribute deliverables are defined for the particular engagement.
Independence
Partner-led or discreet delivery does not remove Sienda’s independent professional judgement. Sienda will not knowingly support misleading conclusions, unlawful activity or claims that cannot reasonably be supported.
Commercial and data responsibilities
The contracting partner remains responsible for its own client relationship, contractual commitments and permissions. Fees, scope, intellectual-property rights, data-protection arrangements and any engagement-specific terms are agreed separately where required.
